About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Highway 72 W in Madison runs a self-storage facility that also lists outdoor parking and RV parking, so there is room for a rig alongside household units. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and climate controlled units are available if you want them for other gear. The reviews are what stand out. With a 4.8 rating across 433 Google reviews, much of the feedback centers on the staff. Reviewers describe Shanita and Ms. Williams as patient, friendly and quick to help, and one person mentioned being in and out fast even with a line. Cleanliness comes up again and again too, along with clear explanations at move-in and easy payment setup. Small, medium and large units are offered, and the site has drive-up access. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
