About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Border Road in Lynchburg, and the reviews back up the rating: 4.9 stars across 228 Google reviews. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Kay gets named for making a rental quick and explaining things clearly. Mark gets named for moving units so a customer's spaces ended up side by side. Trish and Tabitha get named for being helpful and understanding at move out. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with how easy the place is to find and get around. One first-time renter got a welcome call after reserving, then a tour and help on arrival. The facility has small, medium and large units, and a few reviewers mention climate control. Someone stored here about a year without issues with the location or staff. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported mold on the first floor that damaged furniture, and said the associated insurance company declined coverage. Another left over price increases. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
