About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Loganville side runs a self-storage and vehicle storage operation with small, medium and large units, indoor storage among them. The property is lit and the office clean, two things reviewers bring up without being asked. The staff gets most of the ink. Someone named Trinity shows up in review after review for walking people through the rental, answering questions and calling ahead of a due date. Morgan gets a nod too for sorting out a same-day move-out. Rentals can start online or at the desk, and at least a couple of reviewers mention a first month free. One repeat customer likes the place fine but says the layout for getting in and out of indoor units could be easier. Fair point. Ratings sit at 4.9 across more than a thousand reviews, which is a lot of people who took the time.
