About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Haleukana St in Lihue is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage. It's a short drive from Kaumualii Hwy and Puhi Rd, and they rent to folks in Puhi, Hanamaulu, and nearby. The place has climate-controlled units, drive-up access, and spaces for boats and cars. You can reserve online or stop by the office. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Barbara and Kylie come up by name for being kind and helpful, even when someone shows up right before closing. One person lost their key and the team got the lock off without a fuss. Another liked that the online price was honored after a reservation glitch. The units themselves get called clean, and the gate app is handy when the face login works. Not every review is five stars. One renter felt the rate increase after moving in was steep. Still, with a 4.9 average across 795 reviews, the helpful staff and clean spaces are what people talk about most.
