About Extra Space Storage
A 5.0 average across 242 Google reviews is a lot of happy customers for one facility. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean and new the place is, and how the staff treat people. Cody, Neona and Jason get named for walking folks through the rental, showing units in person, and suggesting a bigger size when the first pick wouldn't cut it. The property is climate controlled, which matters when it's 106 degrees outside. One reviewer needed a unit on a Sunday, called the number on the door, and got walked through the whole process. Another moved from a smaller unit to a larger one and stayed on the same floor. A 5x5 renter called the introductory price unbeatable and just hoped renewal wouldn't jump too much. Small, medium and large units are available. You can reserve online. The staff are described as informative, patient and quick to help with billing questions. It's a straightforward, well-run spot in Liberty Hill.
