About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Lakewood is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage. It's gated, and reviewers frequently describe the property as clean and secure. The staff gets a lot of credit in reviews, with names like Jocelyn, Austin, and Allison coming up for being informative and helping people pick the right unit size. RV owners will find a range of unit sizes, though specific dimensions aren't listed. The site has a 4.8-star average across more than 1,400 Google reviews. A common theme is military friendliness. Some reviewers mention a quick rental process and heated units. Not every review is positive. One person said a side door was broken for two years and keypad issues forced a long walk around the building. Another described a booking mix-up where their unit was already occupied. The majority, though, call the process painless and the staff responsive.
