About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Robin Rd in Lakeland runs a gated facility with outdoor parking, including room for RVs, and a wide drive aisle that makes swinging a big rig in less of a project. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across 291 ratings, and the rental process comes up most often. People say the staff walk them through it and take time to explain things. Cleanliness gets mentioned a lot too, along with the units themselves. Hours matter if you like to swing by after work: one reviewer noted the property is open until 10 pm, and entry runs through a gate code and an app. Reviewers also point to the climate controlled units. Stick to the smaller stuff. One reviewer wanted a stepping stool to reach the back of their unit, and another wished there were a restroom on site. Those are the gripes that show up. The helpful staff and easy access are what keep coming back.
