About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Kissimmee is a self-storage facility with large, medium, and small units, plus climate-controlled options. Reviews run heavily toward the staff. One manager walked a caller through unit sizes and pricing without rushing. Antonio comes up again and again for friendly, fast move-ins and clear explanations. Not every review is glowing. One customer found rats in an outside climate-controlled unit and lost belongings to the damage. Another said they were quoted one price and then charged a few dollars more. Worth reading the fine print before you sign. The place has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, and the team is described as bilingual. Reserve online or by phone if you already know what size you need. It is not open 24/7, so plan your visit during business hours.
