About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 1300 W Stan Schlueter Loop, near S Fort Hood St, so it pulls customers from Fort Hood, Harker Heights, Nolanville and Copperas Cove. The reviews back that up: 626 of them, averaging 4.8 stars. Most of what people write about is the staff. Names come up again and again, and the words that repeat are polite, professional and welcoming. Reviewers describe getting questions answered clearly and the whole rental moving fast. One said they found a space online easily and a call back sealed it. Others mention feeling like their property would be safe and that the facility was clean. A few reviews note the tradeoffs. One customer had their storage rate go up after a few months and was told demand allows the adjustment. Another points out an administrative fee at signing. Worth knowing before you commit. Cameras are on site, and the office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock.
