About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Washington Blvd in Jessup, with outdoor parking spaces that include room for RVs. The lot is gated with electronic access, and the property has a manager living on site. Climate controlled units are available too, plus non climate controlled ones if you just need a place for gear. Reviewers mostly talk about the people. Jason, the store manager, comes up again and again for helping with car and storage needs, and the front staff get called friendly and patient. One long-term renter of two years says the place is always spotless. Others mention how clearly their options were explained and that the online booking and management were easy to use. Not every review is glowing. One renter since 2024 reported mice and a water leak that damaged their stored items, and described the insurance claim as a fight. Worth knowing before you sign. The facility has posted hours rather than 24/7 access, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
