About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on 103rd in Jacksonville runs a large self-storage facility with covered storage among the options, and a gate on the property. It holds a 4.9 rating across more than a thousand Google reviews, which says something for a place this busy. Reviewers keep coming back to Jamie, the onsite manager. People describe her as kind, quick to answer the phone, and straight with them. One customer said she did not try to oversell a unit and worked out a reasonable extension. Others mention the office and grounds staying clean, and an online signup that was quick and easy. A virtual tour of each unit size helped one person pick without guessing. Not everyone is sold. One reviewer liked the affordable price but pointed to a rumble strip in front of the loading door and carts that wobble, making it hard to move things in and out. Worth knowing before you haul a load over. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you drive out.
