About Extra Space Storage
On West Lake Houston Parkway in Humble, this Extra Space location sets aside covered parking and outdoor spaces for RVs alongside its regular storage units. The lot is gated with electronic entry, and reviewers say the grounds feel secure. Climate controlled units are available too, and staff accept deliveries, which helps if you are outfitting a rig. People here tend to write about the employees more than the concrete. Brandon gets named over and over for walking customers through unit sizes and transfers, and Lonnie earns similar praise, including from a customer who handled storage business from a hospital bed. Others call the team polite and patient when payments and lock swaps come up. It is not a finished property. One reviewer mentions construction delays and buildings being replaced, so expect some dust and shifting around. That same reviewer figures it will be a strong storage spot once the work wraps up. If you need a spot for a trailer or RV in the meantime, the access is easy and the office crew tends to answer questions straight.
