About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Wilcrest Drive in Houston handles outdoor RV parking along with regular self storage. The property is gated with electronic access, and climate controlled units are available if you need one for other belongings. Reviewers mention the staff by name, especially Rick and Ty, and describe them as patient and knowledgeable. People say the leasing process went smoothly and didn't take long, and a few note the office was clean. With 4.8 stars from 501 reviews, the feedback leans heavily on customer service. It's a self-storage facility first, so the RV spots are part of a larger operation with drive-up access, elevators, and a kiosk. If you want a straightforward place with staff who answer questions clearly, this one comes up often in reviews.
