About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Bissonnet St in Houston, and RV owners come here for the gated outdoor parking. You get electronic gate access and a manager who lives on site. The place also rents standard self-storage units if you need somewhere for the rest of your gear. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 957 ratings, and the staff is what people keep bringing up. Eleanor, the manager, comes up by name again and again. Reviewers call her attentive and professional, and one 20-year customer says the service has stayed consistent the whole time. Others mention how quick the rental process was and that setting it up online was simple. A few note clean hallways and carts on hand. The main office and lobby were being remodeled when these reviews came in, so the temporary office is worth knowing about before you stop by. Hours are posted but the gates are not open around the clock. There is a kiosk for getting started, and the lot is wheelchair accessible.
