About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Lorna Rd in Hoover handles both indoor units and vehicle parking, with covered and outdoor spots for rigs. It sits near Lorna Rd and Old Rocky Ridge Rd, close to Jameswood and Homestead. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe the process as quick and the team as courteous, informative, and helpful, with several naming employees who answered questions and returned calls when promised. One reviewer noted the drive-up lanes between units are wider than most lots, which makes pulling trailers and trucks through easier. Cleanliness and a safe feel come up too, and the location is rated 4.9 across 620 reviews. Not everything is glowing. A reviewer who stored items during a ceiling repair said the work left debris on their belongings, and another flagged that the intro rate climbs once the discount ends. Worth reading the fine print on pricing before you sign.
