About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Dublin Rd in Hilliard handles self-storage and outdoor parking, including RV spots. The property is gated with electronic access, and there are climate-controlled units if you need them. Drive-up access and wide aisles make it easier to maneuver a larger rig. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they walk you through the rental agreement and explain access clearly. The units come up as clean in a lot of reviews, and the grounds are described as well maintained. People also note the helpfulness of the office when questions come up. A few reviewers have complained about rate increases after moving in and trouble reaching someone by phone. It's worth asking about current pricing and any scheduled changes before you sign.
