About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Palm Ave in Highland, and the lot handles outdoor parking for RVs along with regular storage units. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and a manager lives on site. Wide drive aisles make it easier to swing a bigger rig around. With 662 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, the staff gets most of the attention. Reviewers describe them as accommodating, welcoming, and willing to walk you through the options. One customer thanked Christina by name for going the extra mile. Others mention clean units and a secure feel. Not every review is glowing. One person described a rough signup where their ID check never made it into the system and their access was denied on move-in day. Worth knowing before you commit. Rates and unit details are best confirmed directly. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
