About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Peiffers Ln in Harrisburg runs a big self-storage site with outdoor parking spaces, so there's room for vehicles and rigs alongside regular units. The place is gated with electronic gate access, and reviewers mention 24 hour access and an app that handles entry. Staff get named a lot in reviews. Matt and Heather come up again and again for walking people through unit sizes and setup, including one customer arranging storage from out of state for a daughter. The smooth process is the theme that shows up most in the review topics, and people describe clean, well kept units and a welcoming atmosphere. A few mention the app making security feel simple. One reviewer wished they'd caught the fine print about rent changing every six to nine months, so read your lease terms before you sign. Expect drive-up access, climate controlled and non climate controlled options, and a wheelchair accessible entrance and lot. Freeway access is close by.
