About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on County Rd 517 in Hackettstown, and the lot handles more than boxes. Covered and outdoor storage are both options, and vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units. The site is gated with electronic entry and has multiple entrance and exit gates, plus climate controlled units if you want them. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Carlos, Neil, Sydney and Tyler get named for listening to what people need and explaining the options. One person rented here over four years and praised how clean and safe it felt, though they noted prices go up about every six months. Another stored belongings for roughly a year and a half with no moisture problems. With well over a thousand reviews and a five-star average, it is a busy office. Reviewers describe quick setup and a clean building, and the lot is lit and cared for. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul a rig over.
