About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side in Greensboro carries a 4.9 rating over more than 2,000 Google reviews. That volume of feedback is worth noting, and the pattern in it is consistent: people talk about the staff. Reviewers name Chris, Desiree, Crystal and Robin again and again. They describe them as professional, patient and willing to walk someone out to look at a few units before committing. One person said they weren't sure what size they needed and got guided toward the right one. Another mentioned calling the number on the door when the office was locked and having someone come out quickly. Clean units and straightforward sign-up come up too, along with pricing people called reasonable. Units come in small, medium and large sizes. The property is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Reserve online or stop by during office hours. It's not a 24/7 operation, so plan your trips around the posted schedule.
