About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Gilroy, and it also handles vehicle storage, according to its category listings. It sits at a 4.9 across roughly 1,200 Google reviews, which is about as good as it gets for a storage lot. Most of what people write about comes down to the staff. Raymond gets named again and again. Reviewers say he shows you the unit, walks you through the locks, and has things ready when you pull up. Victoria comes up too, for being attentive and checking whether she can do more. People also mention the property staying clean and the common areas free of trash, and a couple say they feel safe there. Small, medium, and large units are listed. One reviewer had a rough run with a rate increase after a year in a unit, so ask how pricing works before you sign. The office is not open around the clock.
