About Extra Space Storage
The Georgetown location is part of the Extra Space Storage chain, and the reviews on this one lean heavily on the people. Kimberly gets named for finding the right unit size and getting someone signed and out the door in under 20 minutes. Roy Adams shows units on request and helps match the size to what you're actually storing. Jessica, the facility manager, comes up more than once for walking people through the options. Reviewers also mention the place staying clean and maintained, and a rental that can be finished online, with a lock waiting when you arrive. Someone did note the name changed over from Life Storage, so don't be thrown if the signage or your own memory says something else. Units come in small, medium, and large. The counter is staffed, so there are posted hours rather than 24/7 access. If you're deciding, call and ask about sizes or just stop in.
