About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Franklin side of things has built a 4.9 rating over 911 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Tina and Jeff get called out by name for walking people through the rental process and helping them pick the right unit size instead of pushing the biggest one. One reviewer borrowed a tape measure from the office to check a piece of furniture would fit. Reviewers describe the property as clean and well maintained, with cameras watching the grounds. A military member renting while deployed said he felt his things were in good hands. Another long-term customer has rented three units plus trailer space over five years. Getting in after hours is easy, according to one review, because the company sends clear instructions ahead of time. The location near downtown Franklin makes it a quick stop. Sizes run small to large, and you can reserve online, call, or walk in. The office keeps hours rather than staying open around the clock.
