About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility on Dunn Rd in Florissant, and the reviews pile up around one thing: the people at the front desk. Donovan and Angelica come up by name again and again, described as friendly, professional, and good at answering questions so renters leave knowing how the place works. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, and 24/7 access is listed among the amenities. Reviewers mention easy gate access through an app and say nothing of theirs has gone missing. One longtime renter wished for a loyalty discount, so ask about rates when you call. Most of the feedback is positive, with a few complaints mixed in. If you want a unit in Florissant and care who's behind the counter, this is a solid place to start.
