About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Elmwood, Louisiana, with small, medium and large units on offer. It pulls a 4.8 rating across 988 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. Staff come up again and again in the reviews, and in a good way. Reviewers name Kenya and Kristine and describe getting in and out fast, with a laugh thrown in. One review mentioned the manager cutting off a lost lock without a fuss. Others point to a clean environment and a locked gate that is open 6 am to 10 pm. The app makes paying easy, and a couple of people called the rates fair. Not every review is glowing. One complained that workers ask customers to leave reviews on their phones. Indoor units and elevators come up too. The lot is wheelchair accessible and the business is LGBTQ+ friendly.
