About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Aloe Street in Egg Harbor City handles more than just household goods. The location is also listed for automobile and boat storage, so there's room for rigs that don't fit in a driveway. The reviews keep coming back to the people. Wayne, the manager, gets named a lot for walking customers through unit sizes and explaining the rental process. Michael gets a mention too. Reviewers call the staff kind, accommodating, and straight with them about rates. The facility itself draws comments for being clean, and the rental process is described as fast and straightforward. One reviewer said the rate more than doubled after three months and felt the owners, not the manager, were responsible. Another noted Wayne warned upfront that rates could rise after six months. Worth asking about rate history when you call. The office is wheelchair accessible and the team is described as LGBTQ+ friendly. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
