About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on River Road in Edgewater, and the reviews point to the staff first. Joan and Laurie come up by name again and again, described as friendly, quick to answer questions, and good at finding people the right unit on short notice. The building reads clean in review after review, and people mention the wide drive aisles and easy freeway access. The site covers more than lockers. There are indoor and outdoor storage options, climate controlled and non climate controlled units, and parking spaces for vehicles and boats. Cameras are on site, a manager lives on the property, and deliveries are accepted. Small, medium, and large units are all listed, along with elevator access and a military discount. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a break-in and said the hallway had no cameras, and another called the late fee policy unreasonable. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
