About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Duluth side runs a clean, secure self storage operation, and the reviews back that up. With a 4.9 rating across more than 1,000 Google reviews, it is clearly doing something right. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff by name, especially Dover and Shay, for being kind, knowledgeable, and quick to explain unit sizes. People mention the place is clean and the grounds are kept up. Cameras are part of the security setup, and a couple of reviewers call the facility safe. Sizes run small to large, and several people say they came in person to figure out what fit before signing. One reviewer had everything ready within 15 minutes of setting things up online. The office handles move-ins and move-outs without much friction, according to reviews. It is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. If you want to see a unit before deciding, stop by during office hours.
