About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space spot on E 40th Ave near Chambers Rd handles vehicle storage, and the reviews back it up: 4.8 stars from more than 1,100 people. Car storage and clean units come up often, along with the gated, well-lit lot. The lot sits close to Peterson, Green Valley Ranch, and Aurora. Rhea, the on-site manager, is all over the reviews. People say she's upfront about pricing and quick to help, and one reviewer mentioned getting a golf cart ride to their unit. Someone who parked a truck in the back lot for over seven years said they've had no problems and that she calls or texts if anything odd comes up. Reviewers also call out the app-based gate for getting in and out. The facility has small, medium, and large units, some with drive-up access, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Not every detail is covered online, so calling to talk through options is a good move if the website is confusing.
