About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Virginia Cir sits near Cooper Creek Rd and E University Dr in Denton. The site takes vehicle and boat storage along with regular self-storage units, so there is room for a rig alongside the usual household overflow. Climate control is one of the options here. Parking reviews lean positive on the staff side. Reviewers call out kind staff and a smooth process when they rented, with several people describing fair pricing and a quick and easy signup. A few mention clean units and climate control. One reviewer notes the lot works for U-hauls and box trucks but not semis. Not every review is a good one. Some renters describe rat damage to couches and other belongings, and one arrival turned up an occupied unit with no lock and an open side gate. Managers disputed responsibility in the rat cases. It is a large, busy facility, and the ratings are high overall, but those complaints are worth reading before you sign.
