About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the DeLand side runs a self-storage yard with outdoor spaces, and reviewers mention keeping boats there too. It sits at 4.9 stars across 535 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one lot. Most of what people write about is the crew. Melissa comes up by name more than once, and Jennifer gets credit for sorting out a problem in about ten minutes. Several reviewers call the sign-up easy and the unit selection wide. There are units in small, medium and large. Not every review is glowing. One person said the outdoor unit took on a little water during heavy storms, and another complained about price increases and the lot being dirty. Worth reading the full set before you commit. The place is wheelchair accessible and has posted hours, not 24/7 gate access.
