About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Milton St in Dedham handles more than just closet-sized units. The property also lists vehicle storage among its options, so there is room for a rig alongside the usual household goods. Climate control is available, and drive-up access is one of the options mentioned. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Tim gets named again and again for walking people through the gate and unit access, showing several units to a relocating customer, and even stepping away from lunch to help. One reviewer had a lock that would not cooperate, and he came down and got it working. Another mentions Jim explaining everything clearly. The online reservation process reads as simple and well documented, with gate and unit instructions spelled out. Loading docks and carts sit just off the bay, which makes unloading easier. The space itself is described as clean and well-kept. The location is near Milton St and River St, and the rating sits at 4.9 across 853 reviews.
