About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Covington Highway in Decatur is a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Sizes run small to large, and you can reserve online, call, or stop in. The reviews lean heavily on the people. Ben, the property manager, comes up again and again: reviewers call him friendly, upbeat, and a man of his word. One mentions he called about a unit left unlocked. Lakisha gets named too, for sorting out an address mix-up over the phone. Staff courtesy is the most common theme by far, with the clean property and easy setup trailing behind. At 4.8 stars across 645 reviews, this is a well-reviewed spot. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock, so plan your move-in accordingly. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
