About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Braselton Highway in Dacula has a 4.9-star rating from over 1,300 Google reviews. Reviewers repeatedly call the property clean and secure. One person stored a car there for more than two years and said staff called when the cover shifted, even adjusting it for them. The team gets a lot of credit. Dwayne and Vo are named in reviews for walking customers through the rental process and helping with gate issues early in the morning. A small business owner who has rented spaces and parking spots for eight years said the customer service has been consistently strong. Others mention a smooth signup and units that are clean and well lit. This is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat parking.
