About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Cumming side runs a self-storage operation with small, medium and large units on offer. The place scores a 4.9 across 520 Google reviews, and the comments keep circling back to two things: how clean the units are and how the front desk treats people. Kristen, the store manager, comes up by name more than once. Reviewers describe her as knowledgeable, accommodating and straight with them. One person signed up online, drove over with questions, and left oriented and planning to stay long term. Another had to adjust their rental space a few times and said the process was easy each time. Staff also helped someone find space at a different location when the unit type they wanted was not available here. Getting started works online, by phone or in person. The lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Call ahead for current hours if you plan to stop by.
