About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on FM 1488 in Conroe, and the reviews lean heavily on one thing: the people. Joshua, Daniel and Marie come up by name again and again. Reviewers describe them as kind, patient and quick to answer questions, and one person mentions staff helping carry a heavy load through the access door. The property itself gets called clean and secure. One reviewer stayed 12 years without a problem and said their unit stayed dry and undamaged the whole time. Another had trouble with an access code and said the team met them at the door and walked them to the unit. For RV owners, the draw is outdoor parking alongside climate controlled and non climate controlled units, with drive up access and deliveries accepted. The lot has a 4.8 rating across 317 Google reviews. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul a rig over.
