About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Concord, and reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Curt gets named a lot, and people describe him as friendly, professional and quick to explain how everything works, from pricing to gate codes. One reviewer storing an RV or trailer there called the place perfect for that. Cleanliness comes up over and over. The property stays clean, and the wide aisles make moving stuff around easier. Your gate code works through the app, which several renters found handy. The lot is gated, and the office is wheelchair accessible. Units come in small, medium and large, and reviewers mention a 10x10 among them. Recent reviewers talk about fast setup and clear explanations at move-in. One long-term renter hit a snag updating autopay online with nobody on site to help, so plan around office hours.
