About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on N Wilson Rd in Columbus, with outdoor parking among the storage options. The lot is gated, and the wide drive aisles give you room to swing a rig around. Vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Angela and Corey get named for walking people through units and answering questions without rushing. One customer said a problem was handled after saying it once. Others mention clean, secure units and reasonable pricing with regular sales. Not every review is warm. One renter warned about rate increases and called the practice predatory. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The location has freeway access and the office keeps set hours, so call ahead if you want a tour.
