About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on E State St in Columbus keeps a gated lot, and reviewers bring their campers here. One said getting in and out with a camper was easy, and when they sold it and moved out, staff offered a refund on the last payment without being asked. The people get mentioned a lot. Brett comes up by name for answering questions and being helpful, and others describe staff as accommodating through difficult moves. Cleanliness shows up more than any other topic in the reviews, and safety is right behind it. A couple of reviewers flag mice, and one warns that the monthly rate can climb after a few months. The site offers small, medium and large units, with drive-up access and climate control among the options. It sits near S 250 E and State St, and the office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reserve online or stop in.
