About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Hillsboro Blvd in Coconut Creek, with freeway access close by and multiple entrance and exit gates. Reviewers repeatedly call the place new and clean, and several mention the gated entry and how secure the gates feel. The covered loading bay comes up often too, since you can park out of the Florida sun while you unload. Staff get named a lot. Raul showed one renter multiple units so they could pick two side by side. Janny walked another through the options and got them a price they were happy with. Gigi met a family mid-move, showed them the loading bays, and rode up to the unit to make sure the lock made sense. Renters describe the process as simple and detailed, with no upsell and clear terms. Units are small, medium, and large, and covered storage is available. A mobile app handles access, and people say the phone gets answered. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you want a tour.
