About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the east side of Coatesville runs a tight ship. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how much they like Jay and Jason, the staff members they deal with. The facility is well lit, which matters if you're pulling a trailer in after dark. People mention the online rental process a lot, and several say moving out was easy too. One reviewer called it the most pleasant experience they've had getting a unit. Another said Jason reached out when an auto payment failed and saved them a late fee. That kind of thing comes up more than once in the reviews. It's not all perfect. One reviewer liked the staff but found the monthly rate steep for a 10x10 and called it a short-term option. Most others land on 4.9 stars across 931 reviews. For RV owners who want a clean, lit lot and staff who actually answer the phone, this is worth a look. Reserve online or stop by.
