Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Lee, who they describe as welcoming and knowledgeable. People mention clean units and a well-lit property. The locked gate gets noted as an extra layer of security. It's a 4.7-star facility with 168 Google reviews, and a lot of those reviews highlight the helpful staff. Some reviewers mention climate-controlled units. One person said the facility felt safe the whole time they were there. Another appreciated how accommodating the team was when they needed to switch units. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer was frustrated after a break-in at their unit. What renters mention
“5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service from Lee! I had an amazing experience renting a unit at the Extra Space Storage on Beechmont Ave, and it is all thanks to Lee.” – Squeaky C., a month ago, on Google
“Units are very clean and if you get a big enough one you could live in it! I reserved online and it was seamless. I wish 2 things that are very minor…1. that you didn’t have to enter your code just to exit 2.” – Jessica K., 6 months ago, on Google
“Friendly staff and a good facility we always felt safe at. They were also accommodating when we had to move units. However, they increased the price on us without letting us know so that was a bummer.” – Justin H., 5 months ago, on Google
