About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on W Harrison St sits near the Kennedy and Eisenhower expressways, which keeps the drive in and out simple. Reviewers mention little traffic within a few blocks, so getting a rig in isn't the usual downtown headache. The place comes up clean in review after review, and the two upper levels have drive-up access. Staff get named a lot, with Jimmy and Kevin singled out for walking people through unit sizing and move-outs. One reviewer said the team stayed late to finish a check-out. Cameras are on site, though a review about a break-in argues one camera near the elevator isn't enough coverage. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. The facility offers climate control and vehicle storage alongside standard units, and the lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
