About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Charlotte, and the reviews are strong: 4.9 stars over 632 of them. The property is set up for self-storage and also lists automobile, boat and record storage among its categories, so there is room for more than just household goods. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how far the staff goes to help. Several people name Bebe and Joe for walking them through setup and answering questions, and one long-term tenant credits Bebe for keeping them on top of payments. Others mention a quick online rental and a first month free. A few note climate controlled and spacious units. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. If you want a walkthrough before committing, the reviews suggest asking for it.
