About Extra Space Storage
Reviewers keep mentioning the same things about this Extra Space location on Airport Rd: the units and grounds stay clean, and the property is well maintained. One person noted the lot gets plowed in winter. Several others said staff were easy to reach and helpful, including one renter who got a unit a day early because it was clean and ready. The facility sits near W Nat'l Rd and Airport Rd and serves folks from West Grove, Spring Grove, Richmond, and Abington. It offers small, medium, and large units plus vehicle storage, with drive-up access. You can reserve online or by phone. The online process tripped up one customer, but a manager named Lisa straightened it out and finished the rental. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter likes the access and cleanliness but says the monthly cost has climbed and questions the increases. Overall the place holds a 4.6 rating across 36 Google reviews. Call ahead if you need details on what fits your rig.
