About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility off the main drag in Catoosa, and the reviews back up the 4.9 rating across 691 of them. Most of the praise lands on one person: Debbie. Reviewers call her kind and helpful, and she gets credit for everything from adding a unit on the spot to digging up a forgotten gate code. People storing here describe clean units and a site that feels safe going in and out. One renter kept a space for almost a year and said access stayed easy the whole time. Another stashed a whole houseful of furniture during a flooring project and called it a good first experience. A temperature controlled unit kept one customer's belongings cool through the summer. Not every review is glowing. Some complain that rates climb every few months, and one mentioned cockroaches and a broken door handle on the way out. The location is wheelchair accessible, and it's LGBTQ+ friendly. Small, medium and large units are available. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
