About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Brookfield side runs a clean, well-kept facility, and the reviews back that up. People bring up the staff more than anything else. Asia gets named for being friendly and quick to sort out what you need, and other reviewers describe the rest of the team as polite and clear about pricing and unit options. Indoor units come in small, medium and large sizes. Reviewers mention the property is newer and well maintained, and one notes snow removal gets handled. Several people had their setup done fast, and a few mention a free truck rental with their rental. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about unclear directions to a newer building and a second-floor unit with no elevator. Another warned about a rent increase and icy floors. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. The office keeps regular hours, not 24/7, so plan your visit around that.
