About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Federal Rd in Brookfield, and it's the kind of place people mention by name when they talk about the staff. Mark comes up again and again in reviews. He shows people units to help them pick a size, keeps them posted when the right one opens up, and fixes small problems like a stubborn door without much fuss. The lot handles more than boxes. There's outdoor storage and parking spaces, plus drive-up units where vehicles are allowed. The property is gated with electronic access, and climate controlled units are available if you want them. Reviewers call the place clean and safe, and several note how smooth the rental process went, from booking online to moving out. One person said the internet price held up when they got there. Not every review is glowing. A long-term renter moved out over price increases and wasn't happy about how a prorated refund was handled. Still, the 5.0 rating across more than 1,400 reviews says a lot. The site has wide drive aisles, elevator access, and golf carts on hand. If you're comparing spots for your rig, this one is worth a look.
