About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Route 22 in Brewster, with covered and outdoor spots for rigs and boats alongside its regular storage units. Access runs through an electronic gate with multiple entrance and exit points, and there are drive-up units if you would rather pull right up to the door. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 377 ratings, and the theme that keeps coming up is the staff. People describe patient help picking a unit, sometimes walking through five of them before deciding. Others mention a smooth rental process and clean spaces. One reviewer noted the rate rose after the first few months, so read the contract closely. Some longer-term customers left serious complaints about mildew and rodent droppings in climate-controlled units, and one says they got little response when they called. Worth knowing before you commit. Stop by the office to talk through covered versus outdoor parking.
