About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Bedford Rd is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. It's gated, and the grounds get mentioned in reviews for being clean and well-kept. Reviewers often bring up Angela by name. They describe her as kind, helpful, and efficient. One person said she only suggested units they actually needed instead of pushing an upsell. Others mention the rental process being easy and the atmosphere welcoming. Not every review is glowing. One customer said their rate doubled after three months and called it a bait and switch. That's worth knowing before you sign. The facility has a 4.9-star average across 330 Google reviews, so most people seem satisfied.
